Spending lobby fights fiscal restraint…

The Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center is urging citizens to lobby Senators to vote against Senate Bills 7 and 707 (the Taxpayer Protection Act and Amendment). If you haven’t heard of the PBPC, it’s because its a project of another group you probably haven’t heard of, the Keystone Research Center (which is Big Labor’s “think tank” that shills for all-things Rendell–they recently argued that higher taxes on gas companies would be good for Pennsylvania).

The bills will be considered in the Senate Finance Committee on Wednesday, June 6, at 9:30AM.
